Site Manager Housing

Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year

Privately owned residential developer are looking for an individual that can run a scheme as the number 1 on the construction of a 62 plot new build social housing development. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will have full autonomy and control for the running of the project where your primary role and responsibilities will be to supervise and manage daily full compliment of subcontract packages from groundwork’s through to internal/finishings including mechanical & electrical, site inductions, health & safety as well as all RAMS, you will also be responsible for ensuring that any plant and material requisitions are done in accordance with set programme and revising accordingly if required. Other duties will also include holding and chairing subcontractor and client progress meetings along with liaising with the client COW’s to ensure that standards are adhered to for handover deadlines to client.

Proven track record as a number 1 will be required as well as current SMSTS and First Aid certificates as no application will be considered without these
