Salary: £54,000 – £78,000 per year
Site Managers | £45,000 – £65,000 | London | Main Contractor | Permanent
We are searching for a number of operational staff from Assistant Site Manager through to Senior Site Manager to join a leading main contractor working on social housing projects across North East and South East London.
Responsibilities will obviously vary from Assistant to Senior level but essentially the Site Management team will supervise and manage contractors undertaking refurbishment and maintenance work in an efficient and safe manner within the agreed timescales.
Site Managers – a few responsibilities:
- Management of sub-contractors
- Inspecting properties pre and post work
- Taking and contributing to progress meetings
- Overseeing the day to day delivery of the programme
We are looking for established Site Managers with varying degrees of experience. Ideally candidates will have experience of working in the social housing sector and demonstrable background of successful delivery as an Assistant, Site or Senior Site Manager.
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Current Scaffold Inspection Certificate are all par for the course.
