Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – Canterbury, Kent

This large building contractor are nearing completion of a £35m student accommodation project in Canterbury, Kent and have a requirement for a freelance senior quantity surveyor to assist the current team consisting of a Senior quantity surveyor and an assistant quantity surveyor. Your duties will be reporting for cladding and groundworks packages initially and then general surveying duties that arise within the team and forecast and finalise the final accounts in November/December.

The project is a design & build consisting of 800 student rooms a new “hub” building and the landscaping of a large area of the area. Some sort of residential or accommodation experience like Hotel projects would be an advantage for this senior quantity surveyor role. Our client is a large national company and requires their quantity surveyors to have degree level qualifications in quantity surveying or commercial management.
