Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £54,000 per year

​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join a highly reputable and award winning Construction Consultancy based in Derby, with flexible hybrid working available.

As Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you will be responsible for providing Cost Management services to a variety of exciting construction and infrastructure/highways schemes across the Midlands. Your day to day responsibilities can include (but not limited to):

· Providing Cost Management services from inception to completion, with support and guidance where necessary

· Cost planning

· Value engineering

· Tender management

· Financial reporting

· Budget management

· Employers agent

· Valuations
