The Role
We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate new build experience within the industrial sector. As a Quantity Surveyor in this environment, you will be used to groundwork and steel framed building
We seek a Quantity surveyor who can demonstrate a main contractor background, running schemes from inception through to completion with values of £3m – £10m. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial control of these projects.
Ideally you will have run design & Build, new build and refurbishment projects. You will be accountable for value engineering the project and will be used to suggesting for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed.
You will also be used to operating within contaminated land and will be able to measure muck away and extensive groundwork.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally qualified to degree level, you will have run your own projects within a similar sector.
