Construction Quantity Surveyor – Dry-Lining Consultancy

Midlands based

£35000-£45000 + Benefits

Specialist Interiors Contractor in the construction industry, providing major organisations with: Ceilings, partitions, dry-lining and full interior fit-out projects across the Midlands and North West, are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need to have specific experience in Dry-Lining and demonstrate exposure to pre-contract work through to the agreement of final accounts and costings.

Responsibilities will include:

The management of costing on projects ranging from £50,000 to £5m in size.
Producing monthly cost-value reconciliation reports.
Spending time on site as necessary to understand the particulars of a project.
Contribute positively to the successful mobilisation of secured contracts. Create and maintain strong and positive working relationships with customers

Job Requirements: Skills sought:

A minimum of 3 years minimum experience with Drylining and the delivery of key projects
Experience managing the QS project process.
Computer literate and a comprehensive to all Microsoft packages.
1st class team skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
