Inbound Customer Service Advisors

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hollyfield Personnel who are operating as an employment business.

Our client based in North Birmingham are looking for 2 x Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team. This role is based on expansion within the company and they offer excellent benefits including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

This role is on a temporary to permanent basis Salary: £26,000per year and when you are permanent the salary will be £ 13,500

Duties include:

• Taking a high volume of inbound calls from various clients
• Processing orders and updating the in house database
• Confirming card payments
• Advising clients on different types of products
• Liaising with internal and external customers and clients

Successful candidates must have:

• Previous experience working within a Customer Service / Call Centre role
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload

Salary:

£ 6:50 per hour ( £ 13,500 – Permanent )

Hours of Work:

39 hours a week on a rota system:

Week 1 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Week 2 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Week 3 10 pm – 6:30 am

Week 4 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm

( 1 Saturday in 8 which will be 4 hours )
