Global retailer seeks a Customer Service Advisor to support our branch in London SE17 Salary: £26,000.

Speedy Cash are a service led retail business with a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and customer focused Customer Service Advisor who will join our business as a Customer Advocate and deliver a great customer experience within our high street branch located in London. As our Customer Service Advisor you will work alongside the Store Manager and a small team of Customer Advocates and be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately process all transactions, building revenues and support activities according to company guidelines and management directives.

You will be a Customer Service Advisor who is energetic, friendly, and as passionate about our business as you are about delivering the best customer service possible. You will need previous experience in providing customer service and handling cash whether this is working as a Customer

Advocate, Customer Service Representative, Customer Sales Representative, Sales Assistant, Sales Associate, Sales Advisor, Supervisor or Team Leader.
