Based – Brentford, Middx
Hours – 36 per week (3 days – Fri, Sat & Sun only)
8am – 8pm or 10am – 10pm
Experience working in a Cab / Private Hire Company essential for this role
Immediate start.

Role:
* Demonstrating excellent customer service skills through professional telephone techniques

* To build and develop a close working relationship with key clients

* To accurately report customer services issues

* To ensure quality control processes are adhered to

* Answer phone queries from chauffeurs

* Track all flights

* Track all chauffeurs (always at least an hour ahead)

* Quality control bookings (check extra stops entered)

* Assist dispatchers with allocation

* Assist dispatch with distribution of jobs to IO’s/Subbies

* Service extras (Ensure baby seats/name boards and special requests are carried out)

* Take reservations from the Hotel groups

* Monitor the Promobile text field to ensure all chauffeurs are following XDA procedures

Person Specification

You should have high personal standards, with a caring and flexible attitude, plus:

* Persuasive and confident individual who can adapt to differing circumstances.
* Experience within a control room environment
* Excellent verbal and written English
* Excellent keyboard skills, both speed and accuracy essential
* Excellent communication skills at all levels – with authority when required
* Optimistic and resilient with the ability to succeed
* Customer service orientated through proactive measures.
* Ability to plan ahead
* Self-motivated
* Computer literate
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
* Ability to work under own initiative – MUST have an ‘eye’ for detail.
* Excellent time management
* Proven track record in customer services
* Knowledge of greater London

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided. This will include reservations and dispatch department familiarisation; including domestic and international booking procedures.
