Our Gateshead based client is looking to recruit and exciting Management Accountant for an ambitious part qualified accountant in to their finance team.

The Part Qualified Management Accountant sits with an established, global business.
Description
The main duties of the Gareshead based, Part Qualified Management Accountant role are;
Production of the monthly management accounts for various entities within agreed timescales as set out within the team’s objectives including P&Ls and analysis and commentary
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of any issues
Monthly reporting of key KPIs
Fixed asset capitalisation
Processing and submission of UK and Maltese quarterly VAT returns and EC sales list
Provide advice to the purchase ledger department regarding invoice coding
Liaising and assisting with external auditors
Liaising with French accountant in Paris office
Petty cash reconciliation
Operate and improve internal controls within the finance function
Financial analysis and project work
Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be requestedProfile
The successful Management Accountant will;
Be part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, AAT level 4)
Have experience in meeting tight deadlines
Have excellent excel skills
Be well versed in SAP (desirable)Job Offer
