Assistant Management Accountant

Salary: £36,000 per year

This growing technology organisation are looking for a junior Management Accountant with a study support on offer. This is a newly created role within the business due to company growth and will be mainly office based.

Junior Management Accountant – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and will be playing a pivotal role in meeting tight month-end deadlines. Furthermore, you will be providing multiple sets of management accounts and presenting them to the senior finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to further their career & knowledge within management accounts. Your key responsibilities will be:

• CIS journal
• Intercompany reconciliation for UK and Europe posting journals
• Revalue AR and Intercompany accounts
• Rebates. Monthly accruals and chasing down the refund/credit.
• Balance sheet reconciliations including Clear down expenses GL, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Prepayments for Office Expenses
• Assistance during Audit
• AR Invoice peer review
• National Statistics
• Setting up new AP accounts in AX after receiving all the documentation
• Updating the AX FX Daily rates in AX
• Cover for AR

The successful Junior Management Accountant will have

Good Excel skills.

High attention to detail.
