Quantity Surveyor – Leicester – £40,000
My Client is a specialist subcontractor and leaders in the roofing industry now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be required to work across multiple projects valued up to £5 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing final accounts
• Pricing variations
• Produce detailed valuations
• Carry out site measurements
Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of pricing variations
• Roofing knowledge (Advantage)
• Commercially aware
• Ability to manage valuation dates
