Supervisor

Gap personnel are acting as a recruitment company for their prestigious national client.

We require an experienced supervisor to work on a temporary to permanent basis on site in Coventry.

You will be responsible for a small team of operatives and report directly to the regional manager.

This is a hands on role.

The primary task will be to oversee, and participate in, the collection of trolleys from the car park and the return of trolleys to customer collection points.

Unsociable hours are required as well as working on weekends.

Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills

„« Must retain an ability to identify any service delivery problems and provide remedies.
„« Must have a proven capacity to work with full autonomy.
„« Must have the capacity and ability to recognise significant issues and refer these to the Regional Manager.
„« Must possess good communication skills both oral and written.
„« Must be able to demonstrated interpersonal skills which facilitate good customer relations.
„« Must possess a sound working knowledge of managing a team
„« Must possess the ability to listen and respond quickly to customer needs.

You will need a minimum of 3 years experience as a supervisor
