Our client based in Sunderland on Doxford Park is currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Telephone Advisers to start work on the 13th and 18th July. The role is temporary ongoing paying initially £26,000 per year, working between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (4 days) and every Saturday 8am till 1pm. PLEASE NOTE: You’ll work 35 hours per week and you will get a day off in the week when working a Saturday. Due to business needs we ask that candidates have no annual leave booked between July and September 2016.

The successful candidates must have excellent telephone skills, be IT literate and have previous experience of working in a role dealing with customer queries and requests for information. Candidates must also be prepared to undertake repetitive tasks and be able to work within a fast paced environment and to targets.

Duties:

– Address customer enquires via telephone

– Provide advice and information to customers

– High levels of accuracy and quality, including spelling and grammar

The company is easy to reach via public transport and also has free parking onsite.

Please note you must be available to carry out 2 weeks of full time training Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm and pass a criminal record check.
