Lettings Lister

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

We are looking for a top-notch Lettings Lister to join an international and multi-branch estate agency brand in Shoreditch. This position is ideal for an experienced Lettings Lister / Lettings negotiator with valuations experience.

• Our client is an upmarket international estate agency business with multiple offices across London, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

In return, the Lettings Lister will receive the following:

• Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000; depending on experience.
• Commissions: £20 for winning an instruction; 5% if the office lets it + 10% if you let it.
• OTE (On Target Earnings): £45,000 – £50,000

Lettings Lister job purpose:

• The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, whilst conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations to win instructed properties. You can also conduct property viewings, and negotiate tenancies to maximise your overall OTE and profitability of your branch.

To be considered for this Lettings Lister role, you should:

• Preferably be an experienced Lettings Negotiator (with valuations experience) who is ready for the step-up or an experienced Lister now
• Be able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Be resilient, positive and friendly
• Have a full UK driving licence holder
