Salary: £26,000 – £72,000 per year
Lettings Manager – 55-60k OTE + Car allowance
Our client are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager or highly experienced Lettings negotiator looking for their step into management.
You will be managing a very successful office with a busy marketing department working behind you driving leads and valuation opportunities your way as well as access to a comprehensive landlord and applicant database.
The candidate will be responsible for continuing growth through a culture of delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
Managing Branch valuations and viewings
Managing your own personal targets leading the office
Training, development and recruitment of new staff
Working alongside the Sales and Lettings Director to identify business opportunities where possible
Managing your branches marketing activity with a well structured Marketing dept in head office
Promote quality customer care culture to continue with our client’s solid reputationThe package and opportunity
up to 25k Basic
55-60k OTE
Car allowance 3.6k
Manage well performing negotiators
Personal and Branch commission structure/bonuses
