Graduate Sales Trainees – Property Investment

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Our client is a fast-growing well established property investment training company. It urgently seeks three Graduate Sales Trainees seeking a high-income opportunity for its office in central Birmingham. The office, in the city of Birmingham is plush and will be the base for the UK and later international ambitions. This is a business to consumer company with a substantial market potential. As people throughout the UK are wary of inflation, economic turmoil, and other factors the interest in property investment has never been greater. Investors are also turning away from traditional investment and moving to property as something far more secure. Houses after all go up with inflation and the mortgages are reduced by it. Many previous clients are available as testimonials who have benefitted financially form the training.

What Your Role Is as Graduate Sales Trainees 

• Follow up on warm leads. The company also has a large quantity of leads of property investors from its various marketing and other activities.
• This is an investment product you will be selling. Customers invest first in or training courses. They then wisely invest their money in property using our success formulas established over many years and expect and receive excellent returns. Because of this you can expect further bookings and referrals of their friends and family.
• Theopportunity is now to make money in a very buoyant market.
• This will be an office-based position primarily high performance selling on the telephone in what will be a fast-moving energetic and energy filled atmosphere.

Company Information and Benefits for Graduate Sales Trainees 

• You will be paid a basic of at least £25,000 per month plus commission during the first three months.
• From month 3 you should be earning over £30-40K pa rate and topped £50K by the end of the second quarter.
• He or she that is made Team Leader will also enjoy an override on the team with a budget to recruit.

• In the first 3 months there will be a review of basics, commissions, and possible promotion.
• We are looking to recruit 3 people and promote one of them to Team Leader as soon as possible.

What We are Looking for in a Graduate Sales Trainees 

• We expect all Graduate Sales Trainees to aspire to learn and progress quickly.
•  Graduate Sales Trainees might have knowledge and interest in selling training, investment, estate agency, property or any b2c product on the telephone will be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given.
• As Graduate Sales Trainees You will be used to a dynamic telephone sales environment
• Confident that you can bring in lucrative new business.
• Exceptional sales skills, leadership qualities, consistency, energy, and a positive attitude is a must.
• This position is aimed at individuals with that entrepreneurial spirit looking to put in hard work in return for hard cash.
• Your background as a Graduate Sales Trainee could be from any sector as long as you are highly driven and hungry to succeed!
