The Role:
– As a Graduate Trainee Headhunter, you will be responsible for matching candidates to vacancies, interviewing candidates and negotiating deals with clients.
– You will be given 3 months of graduate level training on how to find the right candidate and effective headhunting methods.
– For the first six months you will work as a resourcer and be responsible for candidate acquisition and will be supporting the consultants in their work.
– Your graduate level training will continue when you progress to have more one on one contact with both clients and candidates.
