Database Administrator – Ideal for IT Graduate

We are currently recruiting for a Database Administrator to join an established team.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start or progress a career in IT.

The role is based 10 miles from Northampton town centre so it would be preferable to drive however there are buses to the location too.

The responsibilities are shared across a small team and worked on a rota basis. This includes;
-entering all new data to the systems accurately and within agreed timescales.
-running a range of batch processes, including allocation of payments to accounts, update files from clients and updates from third parties.
-execute day end and beginning routines to ensure systems are available to users during core hours.
-perform miscellaneous duties including building dialler files and sending files to third parties
-provide 1st line technical support to staff on general systems and applications.
