Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

If so then you could be perfect for my client, as they’re looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant for their business.

The Role:

In the Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily accountable for conducting telephone interviews and helping any interviews that are face-to-face.

Specifically you’ll be tasked with working with experienced consultants on recruitment projects for their clients.

This position is based in the company’s Stratford-upon-Avon office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:

To be considered for this Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant position you’ll need to be able to demonstrate commitment to providing the best candidate experience and delivering the best client service.

In addition, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal skills, being confident and effective in a client facing role and 6-12 months B2B experience in a target driven environment, so please do not apply if you don’t.

You will also need to be ideally educated to a degree level.

The Package:

The basic salary for the Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant role is between £26,000 – £26,400per year.

In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
