Company information:

This national contractor with a turnover in excess of £100 million has secured major contracts for 2014 with a variety of Social Housing sector clients across the East of England. Due to this success we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can oversee the commercials on a number of Decent Homes contracts.

Key Skills required:

Evaluation of contract documentation

Sub contractor payments

Setting out bills of quantities.

Settlement of final accounts

Site monitoring & progression reports

On going and Post contract administration

Working within a customer focused team

Use of COINS software an advantage

Good at problem solving and providing effective solutions to the clients and the delivery team

The ideal candidate will have experience on Social Housing refurbishment projects and have previous experience of pre/ongoing and post contract negotiations on projects.
