Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

A Quantity Surveyor is being sought after by a specialist consultancy lead building contractor due to a recent win on a major government education framework.

You will need to have a related construction degree, e.g., Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying.

At Aylin White we work with one of the UK’s leading design and modular build consultancy contractors and are working in partnership with the company to help them grow and develop with the hire of a Quantity Surveyor.

At present they are looking to expand and develop their Education Division due to landing a key role within a £250m government education framework with the hire of a Quantity Surveyor.

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

* Managing contracts from Pre-contract to Handover

* Looking after packages circa £5mil

* Report back to the operations director

* Managing Sub-contractor payments

Qualification and Skills:

* The Quantity Surveyor must have previous experience looking after contracts from pre-contract right through to Handover

* Must have construction related degree

* Past experience as Quantity Surveyor on school projects are ideal but not compulsory
