Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Our client is one of the world’s foremost support services and construction companies, operating in the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.

They currently have a requirement for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor, to provide support to an existing team based out of their North Somerset Office. Managing the costs for a number of ongoing mechanical and electrical projects attending client / site meetings To be involved in estimating function quoting for specific projects The ideal candidate will have already been working within a QS position or a contracts manager who has extensive commercial project experience within the M&E Building Services industry. Specific small works M&E experience within the facilities services sector and / or local authority, would be an advantage.
