We are proud to be supporting our client who are an innovative Managed IT Services provider with a passion for career development and a people-centric culture. Recognised as a Microsoft Gold Partner and leading MSP they provide continuous learning and progression through their fantastic training platform in supporting career driven technical individuals to achieve their future aspirations. They are looking to onboard a Senior Infrastructure/Cloud Engineer to manage 3rd/4th line final escalations, as part of their infrastructure and cloud support service lines. Their customers will profile at enterprise and large-scale enterprise across Private and Public sector including local and central government.

Our client requires a highly adept Infrastructure/Cloud Engineer with the ability to cover Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure as a final point of escalation supporting technologies across Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Linux, VMware and other vendors. You will be exposed to working on a wide scale of complex and sensitive issues and with your ability you will investigate and resolve major incidents in line with ITIL v4.

What’s required:

3rd/4th Line Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking and Security experience

High level Enterprise support experience

Technical experience covering most of the following;

Windows Server/Active Directory 

Azure 

Virtualisation (VMware + Hyper-V)

Cisco Networking

Security and Network Security

AWS

Linux 

Office 365 connectivity

Powershell

SAN Storage

Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and on demand

Strong interpersonal relationship skills
