ACCOUNT MANAGER – NO NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – PURE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

LOCATION: LS1

BASIC SALARY: £20,000- £25,000 depending on experience

We understand the importance of having a large advertising budget to ensure that we are on the leading job boards and have a strong presence within the Leeds and West Yorkshire market, to attract the best candidates. We also have a great sales support team who allow us to concentrate ours efforts on recruitment not administration.

THE ROLE:

I am looking for a proven Account Manager to manage 4- 5 of our highest spending key accounts. We already have a strong client base in place with new roles phoned in regularly, I am looking for someone with existing recruitment experience who would like to concentrate purely on account management rather than new business development.

I am looking for a driven, focused and ambitious individual who is looking for career development and the opportunity to develop further within JHR.

Our commission structure is the best I am aware of within Commercial recruitment and the average consultant here is earning in excess of £26,000 – £30,000in commission per year plus basic salary which I am flexible on.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Ideally 1-2 years recruitment experience with a previous sales background, bright and well educated. I will consider someone with strong Sales / Account Management experience, with a proven track record of achievement to support their application.
