Salary: £48,000 per year

The Business Development position is a tenured sales function and provides vision and execution in maintaining, identifying and creating markets for the sale of our Clients services and solutions. This position is 100% dedicated to Enterprise Development of an existing large logo named client base, with strong focus on sales growth through increased adoption of existing services as well as positioning of new services and products. Additionally, equally strong emphasis is placed on defense and retention of existing reoccurring revenue, through high levels of account management undertakings.

The Role:
• Maintain high sales KPI activity to develop target growth opportunity including 7 RGO (revenue generating opportunities) per week
• Create new sales opportunities and channels for the sale of services and solutions from the allocated target accounts
• Manage personal and team quota targets and quarterly objectives to completion
• Develop and protect your company pipeline by ensuring opportunities meet qualification criteria and are at a level of 5 x your monthly quota
• Support customer services and sell through solution sales to designated database/s
• Track on-going progress of existing accounts working with the Sales Development Manager
• Understand and have access to business unit short and long range-planning objectives and understand the impact that your sales activity will have on these plans
• Provide the documentation and communication necessary to customers to complete their integration into full service (working with the Sales Development Manager)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Preferably a college degree or comparable work/life experience.
• A proven track record of sales experience in a closely related industry (in senior positions).
• Demonstrably experience of Enterprise sales.
• Proven expertise in consultative selling and sales closing.
• Excellent internal communications skills and effective communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills: negotiating, influencing, and dealing effectively with people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High personal integrity, ethics and credibility.
