This exciting new role will be ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and working on their own initiative? 

The Business Development role requires the successful candidate to have experience of field sales and the desire to nurture and grow long term relationships through face-to-face interaction with our clients.

The role is a vital one to the overall success of our business, and includes account managing our existing clients, prospecting for potential new clients, and leading on relevant exhibition and networking opportunities throughout the year, to win further new business.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on exceeding individual targets.

They will also work to deliver continuous improvements to the customer experience and add value through innovation.

High levels of organisation, personal drive and exceptional customer service skills are all essential requirements of this demanding role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Growing our existing customer base through effective account management
• Regular travelling to meet with our clients, either on site, or at their premises 
• Prospecting and winning new business, via various channels, including attending relevant exhibitions and networking opportunities
• Generating weekly sales reports and updating the in-house CRM
• Inputting into regular meetings with the wider sales teams
• Acting as a brand champion
