Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy. They provide a definitive range of services to the UK building and construction industry, covering chartered building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety.

They are now looking to recruit an Employer’s Agent/Quantity Surveyor.

EA/QS or Senior level EA/QS, with in the order of one and 3 years post RICS graduate experience, to work within our Client’s North Kent Office.

Candidates who are still approaching the RICS qualification will be considered, if they have a number of years of relevant on the job experience and can demonstrate relevant knowledge acquired.

This is a busy practice with an active EA/QS work stream, which includes major new build development sites for developers and the larger affordable housing providers, where involvement is possible for this EA/QS candidate to maintain a breadth of challenge and experience.

Hours: 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday. Attendance at evening resident meetings will also be required from time to time.
Holidays: From 24 days per annum, rising to 30 days depending on length of service
