Our client, an award-winning House Builder are looking to add a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to work in their Norfolk region.
The company have a number of exciting residential developments kicking off in Norfolk and are looking to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor local to the area.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work on between 1-3 projects at any one time. The company work on high end bespoke housing catering for an exclusive clientele. They are happy to look at candidates ranging from project level to established senior level candidates.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
- Experience running Residential projects to completion
- Managing subcontractor procurement and payment
- Financial performance monitoring
- On site valuations
- On site monitoring of measurements and quantities
- Knowledge of JCT Contracts

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £40,000 – £70,000 (Depending upon experience)
