Salary: £26,400 – £31,200 per year
About this Role:
My client is looking to appoint a Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of Civil Engineering projects out of its established Milton Keynes Base.
The scope of works can vary and could include Rail, Airports, National Grid and mainstream Civils projects.
Working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor this is an NEC 3 Target Cost Contract so will require someone with the ability to perform take offs from drawings. In addition, someone familiar with compensation events and a good understanding of resource valuations would be highly beneficial.

My client is a well respected Civil Engineering company with multiple offices strategically located throughout the UK and an annual turnover in excess of £125M
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
An Engineering background is essential with a minimum of a HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
