This highly regarded Joinery fit out contractor is currently looking for a proven but ambitious Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London based team.

As a company, this business undertakes multi-million-pound high end projects within a variety of sectors including leisure, residential and commercial. Their reputation has been underpinned by providing high quality solutions at value and within tight timescales.

Managing Quantity Surveyor – key responsibilities:

* Full range of commercial responsibilities including account management, variations, monthly application, bills of quantities, monthly cost reporting

* Assuming commercial responsibility across a wide variety of joinery fit out projects

* Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced members of staff

Managing Quantity Surveyor – qualifications, skills and experience:

* Comprehensive experience in a commercial capacity, ideally within a joinery contractor environment but definitely within a sub-contractor

* Degree qualification desirable but not necessarily essential

* Proven background of delivering commercial results on projects

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
