Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager / Project Manager required. My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to be based locally to Rainham, Essex. The Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the whole projects and a strong project management background is key. You will oversee sub-contractors and be responsible for the co-ordination of all health and safety on site.

It is envisaged that the successful Site Manager will have a background of working for a Main Contractor and experience of roofing, refurbishment, brickwork or rendering is preferred. The Site Manager will be the main point of contact for subcontractors undertaking several projects at one time.

Sole responsibility for site management, ensuring full health and safety compliance.
Man-management of sub-contracts and direct employees
Ensure strict quality control checks are carried out
Assist Project Manager & Construction Manager who will oversee the whole site.

Experienced Site Manager / Project Manager Position Requirements

Previous experience of site management / project management
Strong construction site management background ideally with a main contractor
Knowledge of roofing, refurb, brickwork and rendering is required.

Salary £48,000 – £72,000(Negotiable)
