Manchester
Our client is a Manchester based main contractor who specialise in House Building, Groundworks, Landscaping and Environmental projects who believe in better housing, better social environments and better standards of living.
They are well established with both the Construction & Environmental sectors, and operate across the North West. Their client base is made up of local authorities, housing associations and prestige private clients.
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of new build social housing project on a site in Manchester.
The Site Manager will ensure that the project is delivered on time, safely and within budget.
Day-to-day Site Manager duties:
- Liaising with, and managing sub-contractors, cards in trades & labour
- Working closely with the buying team regarding material requirements
- Toolbox talks
- Site inductions
- Weekly site meetings with the Contracts Manager
- Keeping the site safe
The Ideal Site Manager:
- You must have experience on new build social housing projects
- Hold current SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid Qualifications
