Site Manager

My client are currently on the lookout for a highly experience site manager to join a highly reputable national house builder. They are looking for someone in the West Yorkshire area to work on new build residential schemes around Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Wakefield.

The builds they currently have in the area are speculative house builds, they are however open to people from both a spec and social housing background, you must have house a strong history of working on new build housing projects. The sites they work on range from 30-100+ unit sites, you will e required to complete 40-60 units per year and therefore experience of completing this amount of units yearly is required.

You must hold the following qualifications and any others are a bonus and will help your application:

SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid

You will be required to do the following:

Manage all site personnel including sub contractors
Responsible for driving the side forwards
Responsible for meeting deadlines
You will be responsible for all health and safety on site
Responsible for all site material and plant
