Salary: £300 – £360 per day

Site Manager – Farringdon

Project duration: Ongoing

Salary: up to £350 for the right candidate

We are currently looking to hire a Site Manager with a strong structural background experience to start ASAP in a job based in Farringdon area.

The ideal candidate must have structural background experience. 

To be successful for this Site Manager job you must:

• Have experience on internals on residential projects between 10 and 30 million with reputable contractors
• Be competent with a good working knowledge of structural steel
• Track record of finishing jobs to completion
• Experienced and versed in CDM – H&S – RAMS protocol
• Must demonstrate experienced running sites, subcontractors, trades, staff and general day to day activities.
• Reliable and a good timekeeper
• Hold morning pre-start meetings and evening DABs with all trades (Daily Activity Briefings)
• Experience of construction, health and safety and project management, hotel refurbishment is preferred
• Carpentry and fit out background
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS essential
• First Aid
• Proof of right to work in UK
• Record of 4 years minimum of working full time as a Site Manager
