An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist Engineering solution company based in South Yorkshire.
Nicholas Associates Engineering & Manufacturing is recruiting for a Project manager My client is a leading manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire who supply into a range of Industry sectors.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager role,
* Project management of mechanical handling design projects from tendering to commissioning.
* Management and Involvement with preparation of estimates and tenders and functional and technical design specifications
* Experience of On Site commissioning both in the UK and Overseas
* Contact with external suppliers & Managing Clients
* Managing Projects involving in the design and application of mechanical handling systems across a diverse range of large turnkey engineering projects
You should have
* Ideally qualified to Degree / HNC in mechanical engineering & Chartered Engineer status
* A proven track record in the mechanical engineering design field.
* Preferably with specialist knowledge and demonstrable background in the design and application of mechanical handling systems across a diverse range of large turnkey engineering projects.
* Knowledge of current statutory legislation
