Superb opportunity for an experienced M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Project Manager to join a leading and well-established client of ours who offer a range of services within the Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering industry.

Job Role:

* Responsible for the project management and delivery of M&E services.

* Project management of mainly design & build, commercial and residential contracts, ranging up to around the £2million to £5million mark.

* You’ll oversee mechanical and electrical projects from tender stage through to completion.

* Taking whole responsibility for the project and quality of work including management of employees / subcontractors, ensuring materials and equipment arrive on site on time and work is completed as per programme.

* Responsible for adhering to health & safety procedures.

* Projects will include full electrical and mechanical package, BMS, Ventilation, HVAC, Ductwork, Mechanical and Electrical works.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

* You’ll need to have similar Project Management experience within the M&E or Building Services sector.

* Ideally good experience with design & build contracts.

* Relevant mechanical and/or electrical qualifications and ideally HNC / HND in Building Services.

* Knowledge within the Building Services, M&E sectors, and ideally having worked for an M&E Contractor.

* Strong project management / contracts management background and experience delivering high value projects.
