Project Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work for one of the most prestigious house builders in the south east. This role will be working on a site of 160 units of traditional build housing in Frimley.

As part of this role you will overseeing a number of sub contractors to ensure works are carried out to the highest of standards. This particular developer are focussed on quality not only of the specification but also of the build and have a focus on getting it right first time. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience working for other well known names in the industry on volume build housing as well as have a passion for excellent build quality and taking true pride in what they do.

This is a permanent role which offers excellent opportunities for the future and as such we are looking for someone who comes from a permanent work history and displays longevity and loyalty in their CV as well as a clear career progression through to a Project Manager level.
