Salary: £20.4 per hour

will be responsible for the oversight of a £17mil new build school in Dagenham starting in June.

The Site Manager positon will be acting as a No.1 until a senior can be moved from another project, unless you carry out the role sufficiently, then you will be able to see out the project as a No.1.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a Site Manager with a main contractor and has had exposure dealing with site setup as for this particular role that will be a main responsibility.

THE ROLE

• As a Site Manager you will be looking after the site set up as you will be the No.1 on site for at least 3 months until a Senior moves form another role. However, if you are doing a good job then you will carry on as the No.1 throughout.
• The Site Manager will be dealing with H&S, meetings with contractors & client, neighbours of the projects, tall box talks.
• You will ensure quality control checks and inspections are carried out
• The Site Manager will co-ordinate and supervise construction workers including induction for new workers, issuing permits etc
