Terrific package on offer in a role in a role that will offer the chance to progress into senior management.

This national company are a HVAC contract company that provide a range of services for mechanical projects and service well known and established pressurisation units and associated products. With a worldwide presence, they are looking to expand operations and require a contracts manager to manage key accounts currently totalling in excess of 3 million.

THE ROLE

* Working with the client manage service delivery to client sites based on contractual stipulations
* Monitor and continually improve company performance
* Manage a contract teams with a national presence
* Manage, oversee programming of engineering resources.
* As the clients point of contact, cross sell where possible, to maximise account

THE PERSON

*Experienced contracts/project manager
*Experience of team management
*Background from mechanical products: HVAC, pumps or FM experience
*Background of managing multiple accounts of a value exceeding £800k
