Salary: £60,000 – £78,000 per year
Building Contractor who deliver high end residential refurbishments and newbuilds across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas urgently need a Contracts Manager for their busy team.
The role will be to manage the Site Managers, advise on pre-construction, programming, procurement, procurement schedule and to drive the QS’s to deliver on costs. The role will be managing the projects and being client facing but ultimately driving the jobs through to completion and representing the values of the company is paramount.
Values of projects range from £1m – £3m and will be a mixture of Newbuild and Refurbishment works within the residential market.
