Job Overview

Our client is a well established and highly regarded construction company operating from offices in London and Ireland.

A dynamic multidisciplinary construction company, they work as Main Contractor, Management Contractor, PSCS and Specialist Contractor across residential, fit-out and refurbishment.

With a healthy forward pipeline of work, circa £100m worth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to expand their commercial team.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll have a proven track record with minimising the cost and risk of a project and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality.

You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of a wide range of projects. 

We seek a Quantity Surveyor who will be able to stand alone with the support of the Commercial Lead, administering RC frame, groundworks, MEP and internal packages.

Candidates should have experience of projects from £15m and above, be driven and keen to progress their careers
