Resource Coordinator

My client who lead their market are looking for a Resource Co-ordinator for a fast-paced growing department.

Ideally you will have experience in Customer Service, be responsive and able to manage a busy and ever-changing reactive workload. Be organised, proactive and professional.

Resource Coordiantor – Duties involve:

· Assist with the co-ordination of resource placements across multiple sites

· Contingency planning for all absences and building a rapport with the supply chain

· Coordinating cover for sickness & holidays – including bank holidays and last-minute emergencies

– Assist with recruitment of new resource using our in-house systems (training provided)

· Able to follow processes

· Liaising and communicating with all areas of the business from operatives to Construction and Project Managers

· Checking of resource time sheets on a weekly basis, using various client systems to monitor timekeeping and ensuring the hours match the time sheets (training provided)

· Communicating to operatives any issues with their time sheets and pay

· Monitoring and ordering PPE

· Update and use various client systems to book inductions & operatives (training provided)

· Working as a team with other in-house departments to ensure synergy and harmony

· Updating labour reports daily
