A Leading Financial Services Organisation are looking for an IT Resource Portfolio Analyst to sit within an IT PMO function and manage the resource of the whole IT function across a large portfolio of work.
Contract – Up to £350 / day

The Role:
An experienced IT Resource Analyst is required for a well-known Financial Services Organisation based in the West Midlands. You will own the IT Resource Management process and improve the way resources are deployed within the portfolio. You will capture the requirements of the portfolio, forecast future resource needs and assist in the acquisition of necessary staff to allocate across the relevant projects. You will also collate and track Holiday / absence records that impact programme allocation, as well as owning the timesheet and time logging process. You will also provide a strategic overview of all programmes and projects, get to know the current resource management process and then evaluate how to implement process improvements. You will need strong stakeholder management skills in order to develop successful relationships across the whole IT function.
