Learning & Development Business Partner / L&D / HR / Human Resources
Pontypridd
£40,200 per annum
37 Hours per week
14 month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Supporting a client group of circa 500 employees across multiple, demanding and evolving business units, you will provide comprehensive learning and development related advice and guidance to support the overall business objectives. If you are the type of person that enjoys working with people to inspire and motivate them to achieve more, then this could be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will be able to build credibility quickly, establish rapport and work effectively in partnership at multiple leadership levels. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and have extensive experience of the full L&D remit, utilising a consultative and coaching style of approach. You will be confident with training needs analysis, evaluation models and working with a wide range of learning interventions. Housing sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
