Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

I am working with a building supplies manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their company. Their main working site is based on the outskirts of Bingley.

My client is keen to try and secure a candidate who has experience within stone/concrete/casted products within a quality control environment, however they would consider applicants from a chemical, plastic moulding or engineering background.

The role will involve but will not be limited to:

• Implementing the company’s quality systems and ensuring compliance in accordance with associated industry specifications and requirements
• Ensuring all technical policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to
• Ensuring that technical systems are documents and maintained
• Setting, maintaining, and controlling all the standards for their products
• Providing a first line support for all quality queries and issues, working closely with the senior leadership team to resolve
• Giving and providing guidance to QC issues and implementing extra checks as necessary
• Developing and updating the standard operating procedures within the QC department
• Helping promote a happy and safe working environment

In return the client is offering a starting salary up to £54,000access to company vehicle if required, plus discretionary company performance related annual bonuses.

The working hours are Monday – Friday – 40 hours between 6am – 6pm (to be worked flexibly around workload.)
