Healthcare Digital Account Manager
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely, successful and profitable delivery of projects.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management / day to day
�œ Communication with clients to ensure projects are managed in a timely and professional manner
�œ Planning projects and ensuring timescales are agreed and met
�œ Adhering to set processes in order to facilitate mature client relationships
�œ Contribute towards management of studio schedule, ensuring clarity of time available and deadlines
�œ Prepare for and attend client meetings including presenting of project planning, costs and creative
�œ Ensure all legal documents are used correctly
�œ Receiving creative briefs, analysing and gathering all necessary information
�œ Establish a need for external resource, working with the Creative Director to source appropriately
�œ Manage freelancers, including associated costs and confidentiality agreements
�œ Delivering clear creative briefs with all required information
�œ Proofing and checking all artwork before sending to client
�œ Fulfilling the role of brand guardian to best of knowledge when reviewing creative work internally
�œ Completing and maintaining job bags for all projects in as much detail as possible
�œ Ensuring that all associated administration is processed to service both the internal team and external client
�œ Complete project wash ups to assess effectiveness and results
�œ Maintain and build client relationships & develop new ones were possible
�œ Scope future opportunities with existing or new clients
�œ A proactive approach to suggesting and implementing improvements
�œ Work on site at client offices where required
�œ Ensure accurate timesheets are logged weekly
�œ Proactive approach to maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge
�œ Fulfilling the role of business ambassador, representing the company in a professional and appropriate manner
Commercials
�œ Estimating scope of jobs with creative team in order to create accurate detailed quotes
�œ Invoice in a timely and phased approach appropriate to the job
�œ Monitoring job progress with an awareness to reach & exceed monthly and weekly billing targets
�œ Ensure data is kept up-to-date
�œ Supply Client Services Director with weekly forecasts
�œ Awareness of commercials e.g. total agency forecasts / billings not just own clients
�œ Contribute to weekly client services meetings
Office Admin
�œ Contributing to general office admin – answering phones, receiving deliveries / visitors and ordering office supplies as and when required
�œ Inputting timesheets for freelancers
