Account Manager

The Hales group is working with a Multi Award Winning creative agency based in Norwich. Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team and help drive the business forward. As Account Manager the post-holder will be dealing with both existing and new clients to ensure the continuous growth of the company’s portfolio and meet sales targets. Working within a fast paced and dynamic environment the successful candidate will be adaptable and able to work independently.

The Role

The Account Manager will be working with Globally Recognised clients who demand a high level of service making QA an essential element of this position, ensuring all communication and publications are delivered to the highest of standards.  To ensure the continued growth of the company the Account Manager will be proactive in their approach to finding new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new accounts. The post-holder will be target driven and passionate about digital technology. Due to the growth of the company this role will offer excellent career progression for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience

• Client facing experience ideally within a creative agency setting
• Previous experience pitching for new business
• A solid understanding of the digital landscape
• Experience delivering on-time and on-budget projects 
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in fast paced, dynamic environments.

Please note due to the nature of this role travel to client sites will be required on a regular basis to build and develop relationships.
