Associate Director – Building Surveyor

I’m currently partnered with an independent property consultancy seeking an Associate Director – Building Surveyor to assist in the development of their small yet expanding Building Consultancy team.

Based in W1, Mayfair, the successful individual will work alongside the Director of Building Surveying in a collaborative effort to build this side of the business and establish more of a foothold in the London property market.

The role will entail traditional building surveying ranging from license to alter, PPM and schedules of condition/dilapidations ideal for somebody confident in winning business and networking.

The Successful Associate Director – Building Surveyor?

* 5+ Years PQE

* Currently a Senior Associate Building Surveyor or Senior pushing for that next step

* Proficient in winning new business

* Management experience preferred
