The client: A widely renowned Commercial Real Estate consultancy, providing specialist services internationally. Some services they provide include Surveying, Facilities, Property Management, Project Management and Development.
Though this role is predominantly based in Bristol and the immediate surrounding areas, projects may include areas of the South West and West of England, in a variety of sectors and also spanning from small, medium and large sized projects
Responsibilities:
- Implement and deliver contract and professional Building Surveying and Project Management duties
- Meet instruction objectives by delivering projects from inception to completion
- Working and complying with quality management procedure
- Undertaking Contract administration works
- Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
- Defect analysis
- Preparation of schedules of dilapidations
- Development and project monitoring on behalf of Landlord and Tenants
Requirements:
- MRICS Qualifed
- Degree Qualified in Building Surveying or similar relevant degree
- Years of experience within consultancy background
- Appreciation of the wider property market
